紫(zi)(zi)銅(tong)(tong)方管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),空調銅(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),紫(zi)(zi)銅(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)與不(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)對(dui)接(jie)焊(han)(han)焊(han)(han)接(jie)工藝(yi): 韶鋼(gang)(gang)大轉爐(lu)工程的轉爐(lu)頂吹供(gong)氧閥(fa)站,其管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道的設(she)計(ji)壓力(li)為(wei)(wei)2 5MPa ,屬GC2類(lei)供(gong)氧壓力(li)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道,設(she)計(ji)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)紫(zi)(zi)銅(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)作為(wei)(wei)阻火器(qi),主要是(shi)(shi)因為(wei)(wei)紫(zi)(zi)銅(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)具有導熱(re)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)優良(liang)、常溫塑(su)性(xing)(xing)良(liang)好的特性(xing)(xing),用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)介質(zhi)流速(su)急劇變(bian)化且易燃易爆的特殊管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)段上,可起(qi)到阻火和(he)快速(su)散(san)熱(re)的效果(guo)。由(you)于(yu)(yu)阻火器(qi)前后均為(wei)(wei)不(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(0Cr18Ni9) ,故需進行紫(zi)(zi)銅(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)與不(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)對(dui)接(jie)焊(han)(han)。紫(zi)(zi)銅(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)和(he)不(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)有Φ15 9mm×6mm ,Φ32 5mm×10mm 2種(zhong)規格(ge),每種(zhong)規格(ge)各有8個對(dui)接(jie)焊(han)(han)口,設(she)計(ji)技術要求采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)全焊(han)(han)透連續(xu)焊(han)(han)。 焊(han)(han)接(jie)性(xing)(xing)分析紫(zi)(zi)銅(tong)(tong)與奧氏體不(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)的焊(han)(han)接(jie)屬于(yu)(yu)異種(zhong)金屬焊(han)(han)接(jie),兩者的物理性(xing)(xing)質(zhi)差(cha)(cha)異很大,熔點(dian)相差(cha)(cha)達(da)4 0 0℃以上,使(shi)焊(han)(han)接(jie)難度增大,能(neng)(neng)否獲得滿意的焊(han)(han)接(jie)接(jie)頭,取決于(yu)(yu)被(bei)焊(han)(han)金屬的物理性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)、化學成分和(he)所采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的焊(han)(han)接(jie)方法及工藝(yi)。為(wei)(wei)銅(tong)(tong)和(he)不(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)物理性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)比較,由(you)表1可見,鋼(gang)(gang)與銅(tong)(tong)物理性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)差(cha)(cha)別很大,銅(tong)(tong)的熱(re)導率是(shi)(shi)鋼(gang)(gang)的2 3 6倍。焊(han)(han)接(jie)時熱(re)量(liang)會迅速(su)從(cong)加熱(re)區向外(wai)傳(chuan)導。
